一、用途：

本設(shè)備主要用于數(shù)據(jù)電纜、HDMI線纜、動(dòng)力電纜、裸銅線（細(xì)線）、屏蔽層電纜、控制電纜等電纜多條集合成纜。

二、設(shè)備組成：

由單絞主體，電控系統(tǒng)，中心包帶機(jī)，側(cè)放包帶架及放線等組成。

三、主要特點(diǎn)：

1.電腦節(jié)距、無(wú)引取輪、動(dòng)力排線、線纜過線路徑增大轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)л喼睆揭员M量減少線纜彎曲。

2.絞線主體采用懸臂式結(jié)構(gòu)，回轉(zhuǎn)體旋轉(zhuǎn)慣性小、轉(zhuǎn)速高、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)。

3.卷取箱沿直線導(dǎo)軌左右移動(dòng)線盤，節(jié)距穩(wěn)定無(wú)級(jí)可調(diào)，絞合線纜排位整齊，張力均衡。

4.與傳統(tǒng)單絞機(jī)相比，避免高速時(shí)排位絲桿斷裂帶來的不安全因素。

5.裝卸線盤方便，勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度小。
